"WHAT DO YOU EAT?"
Most common question asked by people when they find out I'm vegan. Runner up comments/questions include:
"I could never give up cheese." and
"Where do you get your protein?" Yeah, this used to be number one, but people are starting to hear about something called tofu (this is not my only source of protein, btw).
